police dispatcher ii
Full-Time
$49,880 - $60,687 per year
Under general supervision of the Police Dispatch Supervisor and on-duty Watch Commander. Dispatchers answer and process both incoming emergency and non-emergency requests, enter information into the prescribed format (RIMS) into the Agency’s computer aided dispatch (CAD) telecommunications system; performs all other functions involved with 9-1-1 public safety dispatching and assists with clerical duties within the Police Department and performs other related duties as assigned.
