Personal trainer, Sandy Aguiar, will offer 4 weeks of challenging, fun packed, hands on, personal fitness instruction along with nutrition coaching regardless of age, size or fitness level.
Exercise may include:
- sports drill
- tubing exercises
Class times are one hour and are as follows at the Firemen's Pavilion:
- Tuesday - 5:15AM, 9:00AM, 6:00PM PST
- Thursday - 5:15AM, 9:00am, 6:00PM PST
