The Rodeo Grounds are used for:
The facility has public restrooms, food booths, beer booth, announcer's booth, lights for arena, large seating area.
The fees are:
- $400 use fee per day for first day
- $250 use fee per day for each additional day (must be consecutive days)
- $250 refundable deposit per event (if facility is left clean)

, submit to the Parks & Rec Office along with payment of fees in full. Inquiries over the phone do not hold the date of requested use.
Liability insurance coverage is mandatory for some rentals which require a certificate of insurance for one million dollars including an endorsement naming the "City of Fortuna" as additional insured. The Certificate must specify the date, time and location of the facility rental. Special event insurance may be purchased through the City of Fortuna by calling the Park Office at 725-7620.
