NEW CUSTOMERS


To apply for Water/Sewer service you will need to fill out a Water Service Application and submit it to the front desk at City Hall or by email to finance@ci.fortuna.ca.us.  All new service requires a valid form of identification and a $125.00 deposit. Applications are available at the front desk or you can download it here.

PREVIOUS OR EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Please call the front desk at (707) 725-7600 with your new information; you may be required to fill out a new application.  If you left your previous account in good standing you will not be required to pay a deposit.

Making PaymentsThe City of Fortuna accepts cash, check, and Visa or Mastercard.  Water/Sewer customers may pay online by visiting https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/fortunaca, you may also call City Hall and pay over the phone with a credit card or pay in person at the front desk of City Hall.

For your convenience, there is a payment drop box located on the wall in the lobby as well as at the exit of the parking lot next to the blue US mailbox.
