Dispatchers answer and process both incoming emergency and non-emergency requests, enter information into the prescribed format (RIMS) into the Agency’s computer aided dispatch (CAD) telecommunications system; performs all other functions involved with 9-1-1 public safety dispatching and assists with clerical duties within the Police Department and performs other related duties as assigned.
