The Rodeo Grounds are used for:

• Rodeos
• Gymkhanas
• Ropings

The facility has public restrooms, food booths, beer booth, announcer's booth, lights for arena, large seating area.
The fees are:

• $400 use fee per day for first day
• $250 use fee per day for each additional day (must be consecutive days)
• $250 refundable deposit per event (if facility is left clean)
• $250 additional deposit is required if alcohol is present

Liability insurance coverage is mandatory for all rentals which require a certificate of insurance for two million dollars including an endorsement naming the "City of Fortuna" as additional insured. The Certificate must specify the date, time and location of the facility rental.
