- Cook Shack - refrigerator, stove, oven, grill (pancakes), lots of counter space
- Volleyball Net - ball provided, staff takes down at 4:30pm
- Portable BBQ - need 18 – 20 lbs of briquettes

- Insurance is required for all rentals
All picnics are subject to any additional costs to the City associated with the event. Deposits are refundable as long as the area is cleaned up after use.

These fees are for use of the Deep Pit BBQ only. If using with picnic facilities, fee is included.

Liability insurance coverage is mandatory for all rentals which require a certificate of insurance for two million dollars including an endorsement naming the "City of Fortuna" as additional insured. The Certificate must specify the date, time and location of the facility rental.
