
Personal trainer, Sandy Aguiar, will offer 4 weeks of challenging, fun-packed, hands-on, personal fitness instruction along with nutrition coaching regardless of age, size, or fitness level.
Exercise may include:
- stations
- hikes
- running
- walking
- calisthenics
- sports drill
- bands
- tubing exercises
- and much more!
Class times are one hour and are as follows at the Firemen's Pavilion:
- Tuesday: 5:15 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 5:15 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 6:00 p.m.
