Police Reports
Requesting a Copy
Traffic Collisions reports are available online by visiting Crash Docs.  To obtain your collisions report, you will need the case number, and date of your collisions.  If you do not have this information, please contact the records department at (707) 725-1424 for assistance.

To obtain a copy of your police report (other then traffic collisions), you must make your request in writing by filling out an application and submitting it to the Fortuna Police Records Department along with the proper fees.  Please note: Criminal Investigation reports that are sent to the District Attorney must be obtained through their office.

Picking Up Your Report
You will be notified when your report is ready to be picked up. You must show your government issued ID when you pick up your report.

If you would like us to mail your report to you, it will be mailed to the address you gave the officer at the time of the report.
