NEW CUSTOMERS

To apply for Water/Sewer service you must fill out a Water Service Application Form and turn it in to the front desk at City Hall and pay a $125 Deposit. Application forms are available at the front desk or you can download it here.

PREVIOUS OR EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Please call the front desk at (707)725-7600 with your new information. You may be required to fill out a new application. If you left your previous account in good standing you will NOT be required to pay a deposit.

Making Payments

The Water & Sewer Service Payment Portal is ready!
 

You will need your new account number (xx-xxxx-xxx) and your last payment amount to register.  You will receive a verification email once you register so please make sure to finish the process with the verification email.  Our new site allows you to sign up for e-bill, auto pay, to view your transaction history and your consumption.  Please contact City Hall with any questions via email e-mail or telephone (707) 725-7600.  Thank you for your patience during this transition.

Finance Department Will Be Closed from 12-1 p.m. for the Month of October 2019. 
Regular Business hours of 8 am - 4 pm will resume November 1, 2019.

For your convenience, there is a payment drop box located on the wall in the lobby as well as at the exit of the parking lot next to the blue US mailbox.
