Each of the River Lodge meeting spaces are equipped with the latest in state-of-the-art equipment including audio, video, lighting, and temperature control systems which our staff are more than happy to assist you with.
The River Lodge commercial kitchen is fully-equipped with four ovens, refrigerators, ice machine, cookware, serving utensils and place settings for 300 people. Excellent catering services are also offered. The kitchen makes food preparation, serving, and cleanup a snap. Rental of the kitchen includes use of all kitchen equipment and cookware, as well as tableware, glassware, and flatware.
River Lodge offers a variety of catering options to fit your groups’ needs, from coffee and snack service, to small and large scale breakfasts and lunches, to small scale dinner parties. Rental rates are for a 12-hour period and depend on the rooms you select. The fee includes set up and take down of tables and chairs, and use of the audio visual equipment and the sound system.
We can also provide a data telephone line, copying, fax, mail, and office services for a nominal charge. Staff can also be made available to provide additional assistance during events at an extra charge.
