Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Daily License
Individuals looking to obtain an ABC Daily License Authorization (form ABC-221) must first read and understand the Instructions and Conditions for Special Events (PDF).
- Applications submitted to the City of Fortuna less than 12 days before a scheduled event are not guaranteed to be reviewed in a timely manner.
- Once all documents are approved by the City of Fortuna, the applicant is responsible for delivering the completed application and supplemental conditions to the local ABC office for final review. ABC requires that the completed applications be submitted no less than 10 days and no more than 30 days before the date of the scheduled event.

Once you have read the instructions for obtaining a daily license, please click here to be directed to our online permit portal. You will be prompted to create an account, this will allow for timely communication and return of your permit. The permit portal will instruct you through the application process. Please note: The application must be filled out in its entirety to be considered.
Do not wait until the last minute to submit your applications to the City of Fortuna. We recommend submitting the application to us 1 month (4 weeks) before the date of your event. This will give us a reasonable amount of time to review your request before you take it to your local ABC office for final approval.
