The River Lodge Wedding Package is all-inclusive, allowing you and your party the use of any of the following that is available at the River Lodge, should you need or desire it:

  • The entire facility for day of your wedding
  • On site staff assistance
  • Five-foot round tables that accommodate up to 8 people
  • Eight-foot rectangular tables that accommodate up to 10 people
  • Square bistro tables (4 available)
  • White table linens and napkins
  • Portable Bars (2 available)
  • Podium (2 available)
  • 400 square foot dance floor
  • Commercial kitchen (complete with dinner plates, salad bowls, water goblets, wine glasses, champagne flutes, and silverware)
  • Room set-up and tear-down
  • Crew, if needed, for a turnover from a wedding to a reception
  • Adjustable lighting
  • Outdoor BBQ (group to provide wood/ briquettes)
  • Outdoor fire pits (group to provide wood)
  • Sound system equipped with wireless microphones
  • 1,000 square foot stage area
  • Grand Piano

Did You Know...
Are you worried about how you are going to get everything accomplished the morning of your special day and still have time to get your hair and nails done?

Do you have time to set your tables and decorate? What about rehearsal?

The day prior to your special event may be available for the non-profit rate. If you are interested, please let us check availability.

DecorationsFirst and foremost, safety is a priority.

  • Candles are permitted, with the exception of tapers.
  • All candles must be contained, and prevented from dripping on table linens.
  • If a group desires to hang decorations from beams, etc., group will need to provide a ladder.
  • When hanging items, please use removable tape or white Sticky Tac.
